File organization
Filing follows the naming and placement rules you set. A document is filed when the match is clear. When it is not, the file waits for a person. A missing account, or two possible projects, is enough to hold the file for review.
What goes in
Incoming documents, your naming rules, the folder or record structure, and the accounts or projects a file might belong to. A review item names the rule that failed to match.
What the engine does
- Read the incoming document.
- Compare it with the naming and filing rules.
- Place it only when the match is clear.
- Send uncertain matches for review.
What your team receives
Files placed where the rules say they belong, and a review queue for anything uncertain. An unclear file is not put in the wrong account or project. The queue includes the reason it was not filed.
