Candidate research and matching

Matching compares candidate information with role requirements that were written down. It shows the evidence for a match. It does not make the hiring decision. Where a record is silent, the missing point stays an open question.

What goes in

Candidate information you are allowed to use, the explicit role requirements, and the questions the team still needs answered. Must-have and nice-to-have requirements stay separate when you wrote them that way.

What the engine does

  1. Read the requirements as they were written.
  2. Compare each candidate record with those requirements.
  3. Show the evidence behind a match.
  4. List unanswered questions instead of filling them in.

What your team receives

A comparison the team can read, with the evidence and the open questions beside it. The hiring decision stays with the team. No candidate is marked hired or rejected by the application.
